Privacy Policy

AI For Pet Corp. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) complies with relevant privacy protection regulations. The Company is committed to protecting users’ rights and interests by establishing a privacy policy that aligns with these legal regulations.

 

Article 1 (Definitions)

The terms used in this privacy policy are defined as follows:

             •           TTcare Scan: A comprehensive service (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) provided by the Company that allows users to scan their pet’s health information via the APP (Android, iOS) and receive AI analysis results through the web system.

             •           User: Any individual who uses the services provided by the Company (hereinafter referred to as “User”).

             •           Device: Any wired or wireless device such as a personal computer, PDA, mobile phone, tablet, etc., used by the User to access the Service (hereinafter referred to as “Device”).

 

Article 2 (Collected Personal Information and Collection Methods)

 

(1) Collected Personal Information

1.     The Company does not collect or process Users’ personal information through the Service.

2.     During the course of using the Service, the following information may be generated and collected from photos taken by the User’s device camera or from User inputs:

             •           Photo files of a pet’s eyes, skin, teeth, etc.

             •           Information such as the pet’s name, age, breed, gender, neuter/spay status.

3.     PLEASE ENSURE THAT USER’S PERSONAL INFORMATION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PHOTO OF PERSONS, NAMES OF PERSON, EMAIL ADDRESSES AND/OR OTHER INFORMATION WHICH MAY IDENTIFY, RELATES TO, DESCRIBES, OR CAN BE ASSOCIATED WITH, OR COULD REASONABLY BE LINKED, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, WITH A PARTICULAR PERSON, IS NOT INCLUDED WHEN TAKING OR UPLOADING PHOTOS OF YOUR PET.

4.     The following information may be automatically generated and collected during the use of the Service or in processing:

             •           Device information used to access the Service.

             •           Service usage records.

             •           Access logs related to the User’s use of the Service.

 

(2) Methods of Personal Information Collection

 

The Company does not currently collect personal information during the use of the Service. Should the Company change the Service in the future to collect personal information, the collection methods will be clearly posted.

 

Article 3 (Purpose of Collecting and Using Personal Information)

 

The Company does not currently process Users’ personal information. Should personal information be collected in the future, prior consent will be obtained from Users, and the purpose of collecting such information will be disclosed. In the event that the purpose of use changes, prior consent will also be obtained. However, the Company currently collects and uses non-personal information such as pet information and anonymized usage records (hereinafter referred to as “Usage Information”) for the following purposes:

 

             •           Service Management: The Company processes User device information, access logs, and cookie information to verify violations of the Service Terms of Use or illegal activities and to take appropriate actions such as service access restrictions or suspension.

             •           Service Provision: The Company provides analysis results based on photos of the User’s pet that detect signs of health abnormalities using AI, along with related content and information in the form of reports.

             •           Statistical Information Management: Usage Information collected by the Company may be used as statistical data for management purposes. It is processed statistically and analyzed using AI.

             •           Development of New Services and Marketing: Usage Information collected by the Company may be used for the development of new services, providing customized services, verifying the effectiveness of the Service, offering event information and participation opportunities, delivering advertising information, analyzing service usage frequency, and creating usage statistics.

             •           Business Utilization: The Company may provide anonymized, encrypted Usage Information for business purposes to pharmaceutical companies, academia, public institutions, and other general enterprises.

Article 4 (Retention and Use Period of Collected Information)

 

The Company does not retain or use Users’ personal information. However, in cases where preservation is necessary under relevant laws, the Company will retain the following information for the period prescribed by such laws. The Company will only use the retained information for the stated purpose during this period:

·      Unencrypted service access IP and log records: 3 months

 

Article 5 (Sharing and Providing Personal Information)

 

The Company does not currently use, share, nor provide Users’ personal information. Even if Users’ personal information or Usage Information is used according to exceptions in this policy, it will be only used within the scope disclosed in Article 3 and does not provide or use it beyond this scope without prior consent from the User. However, exceptions are made in the following cases:

 

             • When the User has given prior consent to the disclosure or provision to a third party.

             • When disclosure is required by law, or when investigation or supervision is requested by law enforcement agencies or regulatory authorities in accordance with legal procedures and methods.

 

Article 6 (Technical and Managerial Measures for Personal Information Protection)

 

The Company does not collect or process Users’ personal information in connection with the Service. However, should the Company begin collecting and processing personal information in the future, the following technical and managerial measures will be taken to ensure the safety of personal information from loss, theft, leakage, alteration, or damage:

 

1.     Measures against hacking

 

             • The Company will take all possible measures to prevent Users’ personal information from being leaked or damaged due to hacking or computer viruses.

             • Data will be regularly backed up to prevent loss, and encrypted communication methods will be used to ensure the secure transmission of personal information over the network.

 

2.     Minimization and Training of Handling Personnel

 

             • The Company will limit personal information handling to designated personnel and emphasize compliance with the privacy policy through regular training.

 

Article 7 (Personal Information Manager and Reporting/Consultation)

 

You may report any privacy-related complaints or inquiries arising from your use of the Service to the personal information manager or relevant department.

The Company will promptly provide sufficient responses to any User inquiries or complaints.

Article 8 (Notification Obligation)

 

In the event of any additions, deletions, or modifications to this Privacy Policy, the Company will notify Users through “Notices” or other means within the Service at least 7 days prior to the effective date. However, if there are significant changes in User rights, such as changes to the collection and use of personal information or the provision of information to third parties, the Company will provide at least 15 days prior notice.
